Injectable Fillers

One of the first signs of aging can be a loss of facial fullness and the development of expression lines-wrinkles that appear as a result of repeated movement of facial muscles. With the use of injectable fillers, softening of these lines and creases can be achieved without surgery.

Injections are performed in the office and always administered by Dr. Best. Treatment only takes a few minutes per site. The results are apparent immediately; however, your initial appearance following treatment may include mild swelling and/or bruising.

The most common site for injections are smile lines, cheeks, crows' feet, and lips. There are a variety of fillers in use today. During your consultation with Dr. Best, he will discuss the type and brand of filler he recommends for you. The fullness achieved can last anywhere from 2 months to 2 years.
